Our plan is to name the baby after my grandpa, Jack Valentine Holst. Would that make him a II? Not sure how that goes. I'M SO EXCITED! Sarah's belly is getting really big now. Sometimes it still catches me off-guard and I find myself not believing that I'm actually going to be a dad. Talk about pressure!!
Update on JackJack, my son, is growing up fast. He's making noises, he drools, his poop even smells like poop now. He's teething, is trying to walk and is hard to hold because he's always grabbing at something.
Jacks first trip to Blueberry Hill on DelmarLast weekend we took a trip to Delmar to visit Uncle James and Aunt Diana at Blueberry Hill in the Loop. We had a great time, in fact we're making a commitment to take him out more. We sit around too much!
My Little Well, today Jack downgraded from gremlin to bean pod, his original status. It's been a rough couple of days where nothing seemed to put him at ease for longer than a half hour.
Jack Valentine Holst - The newest addition to the family!Although I've been talking about him everywhere, this is the first official post dedicated to my new baby Jack. He was born on April 16th at 1:17PM. He weighed 8 pounds and 0.4 ounces and was 22 inches long.

iMac iSight PhotographyWe have all of this high tech photo equipment laying around the studio but sometimes it's good to just kick back and fire up PhotoBooth / iSight and act like a kid again.
It's a dream come true for me. Pretty soon there will be another little Holst running around! We're both very excited! I don't even know what to say!
