Good service at Vitamin World

Since starting my workout regimine I've been frequenting the Mid Rivers Mall Vitamin World store. I have received some really good service at the store and wanted to write a letter to their corporate office to make sure they knew about it.

To whom it may concern,

I'd like to comment on a good experience I had at your Westfield Mid Rivers Mall store. The store is located at 1600 Mid Rivers Mall, Space # 2092, St. Peters, MO 63376 My interaction was with a gentleman named Don.

I first went to Vitamin World about 4 weeks ago because I was starting a new exercise program. When I first walked into the store Don greeted me with a "Welcome to Vitamin World, my name is Don" and offered his hand. A little bit taken by surprise I shook his hand and we started to talk about my needs. Don had already completed the exercise program I was about to start and had very specific recommendations on the type of supplements I might need. I bought a few products solely based on his advice and I was very pleased with them. Specifically a recovery drink and daily vitamin. Two things I did not plan on buying when I walked into your store. I also bought a thermogenic and a large container of whey protein (which is what I came for originally).

On another occasion I walked into the store to find Don, alone, reading the label on one of the products. He was studying the product. That's really unique. I've walked into other empty stores at the mall to find the store clerk lounging on the counter texting on their phone. I walk into your store and the guy is reading product labels. Very impressive. On that occasion I came to look for a pre-workout drink and ask questions about some other products. Don, being an avid exerciser himself was right on the money and I walked away feeling like I bought exactly what I needed.

All in all I was very pleased with the service I received at your store. In fact, I live less than a mile or two from a GNC store, and drive by four more to get to your Vitamin World store. Don't believe me? Go to the GNC store locator and type "63368" into the zip code field.

I'll continue to take my business to Vitamin World because of how courteous and professional Don and the other workers are at your store. It makes me feel like you're not just pushing products but actually care about your customers. When I walk into the store now they call me by name, and I've only been to this particular store three times.

I've been shopping at Vitamin World for quite a few years now, and I'll continue to do so. Thanks for the great service!
